That's fine with me; I don't know what others on this project think

If you start with a full CVS tree and just do cvs updates, you'll find
that the updates are usually pretty small, particularly if you update
daily.  Use compression and it's even better (cvs --help).

Failing that, try to get just the latest copy of each patched file from
CVS (even cvsweb works for this) and diff against that.

I'll look at this patch tonight.  Thanks again for sending it.

I can't do CVS, I'm behind the national firewall. Using a tunnel will not do. I attempted that but CVS must be done with reliable networks. I really don't like CVS's protocol. The most i can do is to download snapshots. I think that it could be very good if diffs against the previos source is extracted and putted there to download.
