[ros-kernel] Ros networking

Hi,

Seems like we can have ros networking up and running in no time with the
watt-32 umode tcp/ip package: http://www.bgnett.no/~giva/ (you guys
probably knew about this allready thou). All we need to get this working
is a packet driver. This is probalby just a short-time solution thou,
since i guess people would want to have a working kernel impl.
