[ros-kernel] advapi32 Encryption Routines

Someone has told me that the real names of the SystemFunction* routines of
advapi32.dll have leaked in the source code to Windows, though I haven't
looked to know...  I think eventually we're going to see these real names
stated as fact on some web site without saying where they got that
information.  What does this all mean with regards to projects like WINE and
ReactOS?
