[ros-kernel] Bugzilla perl project

Anyone out there in TV land with some experience in perl and some time
on their hands, please drop me an e-mail off-list.  There are a number
of annoying bugs with the bugzilla auth module I wrote originally for
our website.  I don't want to distract anyone who is contributing in
another area, but if you know Perl and a little SQL, this could be a job
that would make your kernel coordinator a happier guy.  :-)
