Lets be 100% clear. You may use copyrighted code that has been
published under a GPL compatible license. If Microsoft owns code under
the GPL or a BSD license you may use it (unless we decide otherwise).
The MFC/ATL/CRT sources dont count as you need a MS_VC license to
redistribute them. Microsoft does have code licensed under the LGPL/GPL
such as changes to Perl for Active Perl and changes to gcc Services For
Unix.

Anything that is copyrighted to them and published under a
non-compatible license or content ripped from MSDN is NOT Allowed.
