Let me say a few words before you will do some steps on importing the 
w32api into our CVS.
- At first, it wouldn't be sufficient to import only headers. There are 
also some libraries that are required, because they contain actual code 
(not only import symbols), like libuuid, libshell32.
- There must be some person who will update it every now and then and it 
seems there is no volunteer so far.
