[ros-kernel] Editing boot settings...

Hi,
A while ago I thought of creating a special program, called something like
"ReactOS Configurator" which will edit hive according to user's needs. E.g.
it should contain relatively simple questions, like do you have network
card, which network card is it, do you want to use VMWare's VGA driver or
you want to use some custom video driver, etc.
Do you think it is a good idea? Or it's planned to be part of the in setup?
