[ros-kernel] Missing welcome exe

  I'm downloading the Bochs version. a few days old version indeed was very
slow with installing, and complained about NLS files (FreeLDR) after
installation was done.

  I don't know how IPC number affects things, but it might be worthwile to
offer multiple bochs.exe files each compiled with different IPC.
  Vmware feels faster, but Bochs feels faster again for FreeDOS. strange.

  maybe indeed the ISO is corrupt. I don't know.

  I'm trying to determine if I can use the Bochs harddisk image in
Memdisk/Syslinux.
