The GDI locking problem is solved now (though the fix isn't complete), 
but there is another problem with the mouse cursor. The VMware driver 
returns SPS_DECLINE for some reason (previously it accepted all the 
cursors, so there were no problems) and the fallback routines aren't 
working correctly yet (on the device managed surfaces). I'll work on 
these problems today as soon as I'll wake up.
