[ros-kernel] Removable Media Support is Broken.

Hi all,
I just look through the source and found floppy stuff mixed with the zip/ide
removable media code (vfat.sys). Hay! If you don't have a zip drive and
trying to get floppy support to work,,, don't Bother! Your go'en to hose up
the code! RemovableMedia does not equal floppy drives! Go to MSDN lookup
MEDIA_TYPE. Also look at the W2k DDK, Driver Design Guide, page 610, 16.7
Handling Removable Media. It by M$ so you will need to read between the lines
to get a handle on things.
