[ros-kernel] Fwd: [ros-cvs] CVS Update: reactos

Hi

With this fix Crimson Editor's (my fav editor) installer (NSIS 2.0) now
works! It really just gracefully handles what should never happen
appropriately (NSIS in their cvs doesn't have the problem). Just thought
I'd let everyone know since others may have previously tried NSIS 2.0
based installers.
