but... some program instalers that will, in the future, work under 
ReactOS will ask the OS to reboot... if the people cancel the rebooting, 
will the programs work well?

this point isn't so important now like other things are, but I think it 
would be better not to make ReactOS so similar to windows that it become 
"an OS made to be rebooted", like its inspirator is!
