[ros-kernel] WinNT and VMS similarities

What I was thinking of doing myself, was taking the various bits and pieces of
the FreeVMS projects that have come into existence, etc, and adding them to
ReactOS, then porting the resulting OS to a VAX emulator -probably the SIMH VAX
since I'm reasonable familiar with that - Quasijarus 4.3BSD and OpenBSD/VAX -
then testing some OpenVMS apps/freeware I've stumbled upon (much to their dismay
;), etc.

It's just an idea at this stage, but I think it's worth trying out. At least
for this reason - since I don't know much x86 assembler and no VAX assembler, it
will be a good reason to learn it.
