[ros-kernel] ROS build on ROS & cdrom problem again

Hello all.

Reactos is buildable on Reactos succesfuly and the time to compile it is 
very near/close(?) to compile time on Windows (P 3 866/ 256 MB).

That`s great.


I have problem with the official release 0.2.3.

If CDRW ASUS CRW-5232 is attached to secondary slave ide controller on 
an VIA 686B / 694 Pro chipset, then Reactos doesn`t start. It freezes 
after message "Loading cdrom".

If power is unpluged from the drive or secondary ide channel is disabled 
in BIOS, ROS starts.
