[ros-kernel] NIC card in Reactos.com "Device drivers compatibility page"

It likely depends on your locale, here in schools they teach it as 
Network Interface Card.  I personally even have a version of upgrading 
and repairing PCs that calls it that.  Not trying to flame, but it's 
also like someone calling RAM (Random Access Memory) RAM Memory.
