[ros-kernel] Ntoskrnl Crash on Clean CVS in usetup

Sorry for posting a screen capture. I ran "rm -fr" on my reactos tree
and am able to rebuild ReactOS now. This is twice in a week I have had
to dump my tree and start over......

w3seek has checked this crash and it is happening on HEAD for everyone
with make bootcd.
