[ros-kernel] known good hardware config

Well, I tried booting the ReactOS LiveCD on one of the old (c.1998) Win98 PCs
I've got access to.  It got up to the Freeloader stage, then hung.  I think it
might've been the HAL myself, but haven't checked it yet.

I was wondering about setting up a "known good hardware config" database for
people wanting to try it out, where they could check their hardware against the
list and determine whether or not their current setup is going to work.

Any thoughts on that?  (I am prepared to collate all the info myself, as long as
I have somewhere to put it.)
