[ros-kernel] comctl32 patches - LV and TC messages

Hi,

Attached are two patches that implement extra messages for the list-view and
tab-controls respectivelly. The list view patch implements a handler for the
LVM_GETISEARCHSTRING[W & A] messages, and the tab control patch adds a
handler for the TCM_REMOVEIMAGE message.

Please could someone review it and commit it to the CVS (if appropriate!),
