[ros-kernel] VFAT Optimalizations

Hi,    

the crash is not a problem of my 'highly modified' ntoskrnl. It seems there
is a bug in the counting of available pages. Currently I've the problem that
the crash occurs after more than 2 hours on my test pc. I try to solve the
problem.
