Well, why doesn't someone try it on NT with a NULL and see what happens?
That way we don't have to look at the ASM.

I thought about that scenario, too; I'd rather have it go up in flames
myself... but what *should* the call do? Whatever it does needs to be
compatible with existing implementations, even though the behavior for
passing a NULL is undefined by the API :/.
But, in any case, we do NOT want to screw with the interrupt vector
table :p
