The liveCD is really impressive.
Don't know how you did it (yes, I'll look at makefiles), but it works.
In VMware I removed harddisk to make sure ReactOS only worked from cdrom.
In that case the bootloader does not even ask to "press a key to boot from 
cdrom" but just does it. Perfect behaviour.

Only explorer has a little problem:

it displays filesizes in bytes OK ("223 bytes" for example),
but displays "%f KB" and "%f MB" for larger files.

the liveCD even works with 16MB, while the harddisk ReactOS requires 20MB.
Strange (or something was improved before 0.2.3RC1)

12MB causes a blue screen, but 16MB is a good/workable target requirement.

taskmgr works on CTRL-ALT-DEL, but it's work in progress :)
