This is for drives where the driver reports 'it is a removable media
device'. You can only boot from a removable media if the bios and the driver
does support this option. You must enable an option from bios like 'BIOS
treat removable disk as fixed disk'. In this case the driver does report 'it
is a fixed disk'.
