[ros-kernel] Cygwin???

Rick --- regarding this question I wanted to tell my opinion. Certainly it
would be cool to get as many apps running under ROS as we can, but in
general we shouldn't modify actually apps, we should modify ReactOS so it
allows running these applications without any modifications (like 'porting
to ReactOS'). And, also in general, there should be 'no porting for
ReactOS', but 'porting for Win32' then.

I did such a thing with Quake2 -- it shows everything correct in ROS - but
its useless, since I haven't modified ROS sources.
OK, anyway, I think you mentioned porting from Linux to Win32 actually.
