I thought that the dynamic linking with dlls is a feature of the 
PE-program loader, isn't it?
On diverse Unixish systems the startupfiles do the dynamic linking. An 
app builds itself in UM at startuo. Is this done in NT as well?

I think this can't be, because otherwise it wouldn't hav been possible 
to run a program which is dependent on a DLL wich was marked in NTFS as 
"not readable, executable, not writable for me" .
