It is but our implementation doesnt have to be 100% compatible as long
as the ntvdm and wowsubsystem are as secure as on Windows and can trick
the Win16/Dosapp in to working. I looked at porting winedos.dll a while
back in it would be possible once the DLL seperaton hacks in the Winehq
sources are fixed.
