[ros-kernel] Improved VBE driver

Hi all,

I implemented the display resolution reading from registry, when VBE driver
is used.
I chose the key "HKLM,"SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Hardware
Profiles\Current\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VBE\Device0"ro
See Change resolution.patch

I also implemented the IOCTL_VIDEO_QUERY_CURRENT_MODE call, which was.
See IOCTL_VIDEO_QUERY_CURRENT_MODE .patch

Does anyone want to review these patches?
