[ros-kernel] Microsoft releases WTL as open source

M$ has released on SF under a real OSS-License (CPL)
http://sourceforge.net/projects/wtl
WTL is an extension to ATL (active template lib) .
I don't really oversee wether it is thought as an alternative to MFC.
However since WTL is intended to creating window and dialog based apps,
I think it is an alternative.
concerning us, there should be no problem to make use of it (for example
new apps). I for myself however tend to more cross-plattform Libs as
wxWin or QT. So what'do you all think?
