[ros-kernel] CHECKPOINT

Hi,
I would like to remove this allocation in CHECKPOINT. I get a crash if
printing of non paged pool stats is enabled and if the CHECKPOINT is
previous the initialisation of the non paged pool. It has never help to
detect red zone violation of the paged pool because the allocation goes to
the non paged pool.
