[ros-kernel] Irfanview works now

I just commited a small fix that gets Irfanview working, and I 
discovered a bug in the process. right-dragging the image in irfanview 
allows you to pan. However, in ros, when you try to do so, it acts as is 
the "view" was in the upper-left corner when you start dragging. I 
believe the problem is we are not apply the view transform to the mouse 
coordinates like we should, tho I suppose the problem could be 
originating from somewhere else. Would someone more familiar with the 
code look at it, or at least tell me where to begin to look?
