Thank goodness the US-Law is restrictet to just the US-Theretory.
IF MS sells their Products in other countries, they have to provide them
with compliant licenses. What about "providers" in other countries?
Which countries? China singed TIPS -- bad. Wether the chinese
government cares -- other question. European countries as Germany for
example are rather friendly to end users. So if one can't see the EULA
while buying and then "has to accpet" a surprising matter, the whole
EULA becomes void.
