Not implementing a function that isn't required by any app of concern 
is one thing - but a fix in an existing function is another. Bugs have 
a way of cascading their trouble to other parts of the system - which 
are the really difficult ones to identify.

Test cases are something I'd really like to see increase in ReactOS. 
I'm confident that testing will get a boost once our continuous 
integration system is in place - where code that breaks a test case 
isn't allowed into HEAD.
