With KDBG=1 and MAXMEM=256 I got the same result and without all of 
KeBug.. Ki.. Kdb...
there is printed by kdb:

io/driver.c:1167 IopInitializeBootDrivers

ndis.sys : 11b90 (not resolved by kdb, by hand it resolves (I hope) to
_FddiNumberOfOpenFilterLongAddresses at 8
