[ros-translate] Translating ReactOS into Swedish

Hi Aleksey

I have added myself to the list at the wiki.

I'm not good at C/C++.. My programming skills are php and some basic. 
But I've been looking at some rc-files. It seems pretty straight-forward to me, except some numbers and stuff, but I will probably not need to change them.

I have however been working with English -> Swedish translations  many times before.

I've had a look at an existing Swedish translation of the Wine notepad. Unfortunally there are some mistakes, and it's not really fully translated.
If I fix it and post my update to ReactOS, will someone merge it with Wine or should I send my changes to them aswell?

  The most important part there is the list of translators - please add yourself into appropriate language section. We have more than one swedish-speaking developer, so all other - if you like to help with translation, please insert your name there.

  I see Swedish language doesn't have a Language Coordinator, who actually should see what's translated, what is not, and give tasks to translators.
  My wish would be to see GreatLord as a LC for Swedish language, but I don't know yet if he has time and will for this.

  What are your skills -- are you a developer? Translating ReactOS involves editing .rc files, however this doesn't require lots of knowledge, but some knowledge about their structure would be very good.

    I would like to say that I'm really interested in translating ReactOS into Swedish.

    Looks like the rc files will get their own folders and so on with the new Source Tree. Maybe it will be easier for me to translate then... or is there any documentation over the translation files, where they all are etc?
