Now no.1 and 2 are cleared up. :D
probably, no.3 and 4 are cleared up too.
I'll use font setting of WINE.
And I'll use shift_jis as encoding
because translation of WINE and explorer uses this encoding.
I may be wrong, but correct font setting or encoding is easy. :P
First of all, I'll find another Japanese translator....
