Hi,

Well, the plan is that I will do the writing as well.  I'm going to get 
one out this week, and hopefully keep them coming on a bi-weekly basis.  
I'm not all that familiar with the ReactOS architecture and programming 
side, but I feel that I can write a newsletter that accurately 
paraphrases what is happening on the mailing lists.
