[ros-web] Public Compatability List

Ive started creating a public compatability list where users would be
able to submit reports on application and how well they work (or dont)
under reactos. Its modeled after the dosbox game compatability list
(http://dosbox.sf.net) with a few differences. I was wondering if you
guys already had something similar in the works or if i should
actually bother finishing it. Im open to ideas about it if anyones got
any.
