[ros-web] Failed validation

1. If u follow w3c validate to 100% the page will not working as it should
in some webreader
that why people igonre w3c validate. Good facts is explore does not support
100% w3c spec
and alot of other webreader as opera does not etiher support w3c full out.
If a web page is working fine in all webreader then it is not w3c compatible
to
100%. As far I know none webreader is 100% safe or follow w3c spec
