[ros-web] Failed validation

I fixed the frontpage, it is (almost) xhtml 1.1 valid again. I added the new
updated newsletter code some days ago, that broke the valid xhtml 1.1 page.
I wrote "almost" because there is still one error there. I will fix that
minor glitch tomorrow, then it will be xhtml 1.1 valid again! But w3c valid
code doesn't mean compatible with all browser. It is an "Art" to make a
website compatible with as many browser as possible and w3c valid the same
time.

P.S.: The ReactOS Website is available in HTML 4.01 and XHTML 1.1.
