The ReactOS Project is organized into several teams, with the Kernel Team being the most active.

Coordinators take responsibility for their respective teams, facilitate team efforts and empower those in the team to carry out their tasks. Although coordinators do have the "last word" power in discussions this is an absolute last resort: we strive to resolve conflict by talking out the issues.
