From ReactOS

Sometimes small teams are created to develop ReactOS Enhancements. Most of these teams are opened to new members, this helps newbies (or shy developers) to develop their skills and creates a reserve of future Developers. The idea of this page is to have all the ReactOS projects sorted, so people can easily join them (if they are open) or at least keep track of them. If you want to develop any Enhancement or Requirements would be nice if you create an open team and add it to the Table. Working in Teams helps to arrive to an objective faster, it´s more enjoyable and helps to find new ReactOS developers.
