Also known as TwoTailedFox on IRC, and on the ReactOS Website, Stuart was the Editor of the ReactOS Weekly Newsletter, and is also involved in maintaining the ReactOS Website.

He's currently learning C/C++, and refreshing his somewhat rusty HTML skills.
