I don't think the Testman blacklist and MSVC Todo pages are obsolete. Also, I haven't checked with Daniel, but Compiling GCC From Windows seems rather important for RosBE maintanance. (Generally, I don't see how "nothing links here" by itself speaks for deletion... ML or forum posts can link to pages too)
Unless we're planning on keeping old.reactos.org around indefinitely, I'd even argue that "historic" pages may be useful (e.g. if I browse old commit messages or ML posts and wonder "wtf is Yaratows").
