Windows 95
From ReactOS
Windows 95 was Microsoft's first 32Bit OS based on DOS. It was NOT the first 32Bit Microsoft OS - that honor goes to Windows NT 3.1 or early OS/2 versions. While immensily popular right after its initial release, Windows 95 suffered from a multitude of issues, requiring multiple service packs/releases.
Relation to ReactOS
ReactOS's original genesis, FreeWin95, was aimed at cloning this Windows 95. After this failed FreeWin95 re-emerged as ReactOS, aimed instead at the better regarded Windows NT 4.
ReactOS, when finalized, should be able to run all programs that run on Windows 95 with the exception of drivers (VxDs) and apps which are exactly specific to that version/familiy of Windows (Apps that expect exact Windows 95 file versions, for example).
