Newsletter and News Section updated, add RSS and Atom feed

ReactOS Website Update

The ability to browse through the newsletters and news entries wasn't so easy. I got response from several visitors. In conclusion, they prefer a WineHQ newsletter style layout.

I rewrote the newsletter and news interface and add a ReactOS News Feed (RSS 2.0 and Atom 1.0).

Everything is available on the website frontpage!
