[ros-dev] Cash for Trademark - reallocate Donation to huricane efforts?

I believe that the funds should not go to the Hurricane Fund, but  
rather go to the Trademark, whilest putting up an ad on the main  
website page to have a hurricane fund that would be a seperate  
account from the trademark one. Maybe to an email account like:  
hurricane_fund at reactos.com.
