[ros-dev] GSOC 2016 - SSH Service Project

There is no PowerShell in ReactOS yet, nor any kind of a .NET Framework 
subset. While it doesn't matter for the SSH port, it can be highlighted.

In which *areas* do you want to apply for GSoC?
(networking, services, system, drivers, ...)
