Re: reactos priority? or mess?
As an old follower of ReactOS ...I see this LMH1 as a troll to be honest, he asks for ReactOS to work at least at a level of windows XP if not better He tries drivers and software like ReactOS is beta and fully working but moans about some bugs, dude you fail to understand it's alpha means it doesn'...

Re: Why is ReactOS based on a 17-year-old version of Windows?
Well windows evolution goes like this and correct me if I remember wrongly(doubt it, I grow up with MS-DOS) Windows 95 -> Windows 98 -> Windows 98SE -> Windows ME -> Windows 2000(proper OS with NT kernel based on Windows NT - NT stands for New Technology fyi) -> Windows XP -> Windows Vista -> Window...

Re: Elite Dangerous/Star Citizen
Also this game is buy-only, it's an online game, one time purchase What about a demo for free download? (All games should have a demo...). No, I have this as a friend of mine bought it for me. I told him that I'd prefer to check it first but there no such option and he lives in a different country ...

Re: Elite Dangerous/Star Citizen
I've played elite dangerous ...a demanding game and reactos can't run this, shouldn't be able to play this at reasonable speed anytime soon

Re: ReactOS 0.4.9 released
Can't wait the 0.5 beta
Free OS that's open source and can run windows and use windows drivers? impressive. Following this project like 8 years now but at least now it moves quite fast(compared to a few years back)

Re: General Testing for ReactOS 0.4.1
I'd like to test (install/run) software when needed as the "translation" of the website sail off
(not now, as 0.4.1 is out, maybe when 0.4.2 is about to pop up? )

Re: Greek translation
WOW after some years finally we get in line (I'll be impressed if it'll work) Well, there is a minimum wait of 6 months. ;-) It's still not quite 100%, but at least my translation can be browsed by now in the navigation-menu. The buttons there don't really match the ones on the english site, but I ...

Re: Greek translation
It's been almost half a year by now... and it's still not rectified. I know it's all 'too few resources' and all that, but this is getting ridiculous. It can't be it takes this long just to make some links/buttons under navigation. All this 'too much permission' stuff doesn't really cut it; it's ju...

I expect that translation is still not yet possible, any ETA?Z98 wrote:You cannot. The fact that you see it at all is one of the problems with how permissive the current system is.

Re: Greek translation
Don't get offended I was just joking, English isn't obviously my native language but I can't help noticing the "than machine translation, and that I was assuming that that wasn't likely to change" and "with the understanding that if you don't it will be dropped, and no longer be avai...

Re: Greek translation
P.S. Hope you were tired/drunk or English isn't your native language  :D I wasn't drunk (If I had been drunk, I don't think I would have bothered checking the ReactOS forums, let alone responding on them ) and English is my native language, though I will admit that most of my posts here...
