Company behind ReactOS?

ReactOS has come a long way and I'm still amazed by how much you guys are able to accomplish with every new release, but I was thinking that behind almost every large successful open source project there is/are one/a few companies contributing code and funds - OpenOffice and Sun, Firefox and Google,...

Re: Article about ReactOS at PCMagazine

I hate to disagree with a fellow dev, but I can say with some confidence that the new explorer will not be ready for a long time, and it certainly won't be in the release after this. I wouldn't expect it to appear for well over 6 months, probably more like 12. What's holding it back? Lack of featur...

New Shell

Will ReactOS 0.3.4 ship with the new shell? Or if not, what needs to be implemented to make it work?

Nice application, but I, as a Windows user, am not very fond of Linux's way of installing applications. Actually, I see it as one of its biggest problems.

Is the audit over?

I saw on the homepage that the audit bar is at 100%. Is it for real, or an error?

how me use? :?
1) Unzip the archive
2) Open taskmanager.
3) Kill explorer.exe
4) File > New task
5) Browse for the unzipped explorer.exe

after you are done:

1) Kill explorer.exe

A new explorer sure sounds interesting. Based on coviti's instructions I found this:

http://svn.reactos.org/svn/reactos/trun ... lorer-new/

Problem is that there are only sources there. Where could I find some binaries to test it under Windows?

Thanks
