I agree that ReactOS devs should be focusing on kernel and compatibility, rather than bundled-apps. IMHO, ReactOS and MS should spend less time on apps and more on the OS itself! Ok... that's good if that's the consensus being taken across the board, only it isn't. You're using different icons, your using your own implementation of various subsystems, you're not making an exact Windows clone. ReactOS should just adopt Notepad++ and be done with the rest of the mess of notepad/wordpad clones. Notepad++ is awesome and lightweight despite having a ton of great features.
