We were releasing averagely year by year after 2009, 0.3.11 release. The gap did peak at 16 months, between 0.3.17 and 0.4 (due to heavy shell, kernel, Win32 work). And after that, look again what you see. 3-4 months of release period.

Could someone prepare a template clearly indicating that the changelog is work in progress?

No D3D10 support is added into ReactOS for now, NT5 architecture doesn't support it.

Many improvements and major feats were achieved since 0.4, but it's a LONG way. Kernel standing alone, has LOTS of bugs, flaws and unimplemented stuff.
